Born and raised in Pennsylvania’s Lancaster County, Dr. Johnson attended Hempfield High School and then Ursinus College near Philadelphia. In 1978, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s dental school, having received the Mosby Scholarship Award for Scholastic Excellence. In that same year, he established a dental practice in Annville, Pennsylvania. In 2000, he moved to a much larger and technically updated office in Cleona, where he now practices.
Dr. Johnson is a sustaining member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and American Dental Associations. He is the current chairman of the Council on Membership for the Pennsylvania Dental Association at its headquarters in Harrisburg, and is past president of the Lebanon County Dental Society.
Besides attending numerous continuing education courses throughout the year, Dr. Johnson teaches several courses presented by the internationally renowned Dr. Frank …Spear of the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, with a focus on advanced oral health, reconstruction, and cosmetic dentistry.
