This practice is terrible. I was called a liar about my child's history, all while they were lying to me about office procedures and protocol. They are sneaky and fraudulent and over the top expensive. I caught them trying to pull a scam on me with my insurance. I will never come here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I want to give a shout out to Cici, dental assistant to Dr. Kapinos in Chicopee. I needed impressions recently and I had a slight panic attack getting them.done. Cici put me at ease and reassured me everything would be ok. I got through it thanks to her. Dr. Kapinis, she's a keeper.
