Dr. Frederick David Kaplan, MD

My doctor retired so my cousin recommended Dr. Kaplan. He’s understanding, thorough and aware of all types of illnesses and how to treat them. I’m so happy I found such a good doctor.

Dr. Kaplan has been a godsend to me and my family for years, so I thought I'd finally write a review. Before I met Dr. Kaplan, I was afraid to go to the doctors. But EVERY experience I've had with him has been a positive one. Dr. Kaplan's staff (both the ladies up front and the medical assistants) are friendly, courteous, and they always call my prescriptions in in a timely fashion. My appointments rarely, if ever, start later than the designated time (I've waited over an hour for other doctors), and they are very thorough. The thing I value most about Dr. Kaplan is that he truly CARES about his patients, and he is always positive. I NEVER feel rushed, and he always has great health advice. I've been referring family and friends to Dr. Kaplan for years, and will continue to do so.

I have been a patient of Dr Kaplan for 7 years and I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and he is by far the best physician I have ever dealt with. He is kind, compassionate, efficient and measured in his responses. I have since had my kids, wife and mother in law become patients.

I read reviews before I go anywhere and was confident that Dr. Kaplan would be good. So I made a call, got an appointment for the next day. I was a bit late due to the weather but no problem. I was greeted in a kind manner by staff and taken right back. Dr. Kaplan came in and instantly I was comfortable! He has such a friendly and calming disposition. His bedside manner is superb. He treated me like a person and he showed genuine interest in my health. I enjoyed chatting with him while he did my exan, this helped keep me from being nervous with a new doctor. He ran some tests, prescribed some meds, and scheduled a follow-up. This was such a pleasant experience... never have I actually enjoyed a doctor's visit so much! Sometimes doctors can come across as arrogant. Not Dr. Kaplan. He seemed so down to earth, yet wise and knowledgeable. It was nice getting to talk to and get to know the doctor I was now trusting my health too. He even recommended a good book I could pickup. 5star… service and highly recommended!

Has always been straight with me and helped me from that of the flu to serious medical check-ups. Thank you Doctor Kaplan!

Dr Kaplan is very thorough in his examination he is also very friendly & puts you at ease the minute he walks into the room

Dr. Kaplan has been my primary care physician for 35 years. He is OUTSTANDING in every way - demeanor, referrals, advice, diagnosis - you name it. I could not be more pleased to have Fred Kaplan as my doctor, and the referrals he has given me - orthopedist, urologist, dermatologist - all equally outstanding.

Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician. I can get in to see him same day (next day at the latest) and always feel that I'm in good hands. He always runs on time and gives me plenty of time in the exam room. I especially like that Dr. Kaplan listens carefully before giving me a diagnosis and treatment. He's not quick to prescribe like many physicians. I've been going to Dr. Kaplan for over 15 years and will never switch! The few times I've been traveling and had to see another physicians I quickly called Dr. Kaplan for a second opinion. He's an all around amazing family physician. We need more doctors like him!
