Dr. Frederick L Keppel, MD

Tried to make appointments. Dr. Keppel not available, doesn't work Fridays, leaving for a holiday, etc. How uncaring to someone that is in pain or experiencing discomfort.

I called this Dr. Keppel to schedule an appt for my mother, whom did not like another Dr in Covington; I was told that Dr. Keppel does NOT conduct second opinions and that even though is was not a second opinion, that since she had been seen by another doctor he would NOT see her. After being astonished by this I asked if there were any other doctors at their office whom would see her, the secretary proceeded to tell me " Well I am glad you asked, because if you wouldn't have asked for another doctor I could not have told you there was one" She stated that " I would NOT want to get in the middle of that Dr drama". DO NOT GO HERE!! Unreal!!
