Horrible experience! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR.!!! My child passed out in his office and he provided horrible bedside manner and care. I took my sweet 13 year old son in for an ingrown toenail. The Dr. immediately launched into flirting inappropriately with me and asked what my husband did for work before he really even assessed my child. Just very unprofessional from the start. He determined that my son would benefit best from having a minor procedure to stop the ingrown nail from returning and I decided I could tolerate his arrogance just to get this done. My son immediately was uncomfortable with the sight of the needle and instead of kind compassion and reassurance he berated and belittled my child. Within the first few pokes my child was shaking and upset and really trying to tolerate the pain, especially after being told he'd charge my insurance no matter if he completed the procedure or not. I asked if I could hold my sons hand and he told me to sit down, that I was not going to do… that. My child then passed out in the chair and stopped breathing. The Dr. yelled at me when I tried to go to him and proceeded to revive him with ammonia salts. It took at least a minute to bring him back. IT WAS TERRIFYING! My son was crying uncontrollably and begged for me to get him out of there. The Dr. just stood there impatiently and asked if we were going to do this or not. EVEN after he had just fainted!! I asked for a minute and tried to calm my son down. He never returned in the 5 minutes I was calming him and we decided to leave and just walked out. The Dr made no attempt to apologize or speak to us in any way even though we walked right by his office where he was seated. He just kept his back to us. I will be reporting this experience and his unprofessional behavior anywhere and everywhere and encourage you to not see this man. He CLEARLY needs to retire.
