I found this doctor to be a good listener and "not Freudian" as the previous person stated. I saw him over the course of a year and always felt better after leaving his office. If he was still on my insurance plan, I would seek him out again.

Completely Freudian approach to psychiatry. Very uncaring, and more concerned about the clock than the patient. After finally confiding some of my most personal thoughts to this voodoo doctor, he told me I was "messed up," and should seek a therapist that could "help me." I spent over a year with this doctor, and not once did he have anything practical to offer. He wanted to talk about hypnogagia, dream interpretations, and chemical solutions. Finally, I sought out a therapist that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am finally on the return to a happy and whole life. Don't waste your tome with this charlatan. His degree is as old as parchment, and his advice as as stale as week old bread. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL doctor. This one needs to retire. He is old and tired, as are his views on modern psychiatry.
