I would leave less than one star if possible. After waiting 2 hours at the urgent care clinic he came into the room and stood by the door like he was afraid to come in. He asked why I was there and I told him then he basically said “there is nothing I can do for you here”. He then referred me to the ER. I was furious. A nurse had triaged me so why was I not referred to the Er then. He did not even try to diagnose my condition. I bet he will be charging my insurance for a 3 minute “visit”

I'm an ICU nurse and I had to come to this urgent care, because I had a cold or the flu and I have asthma, so I was having trouble breathing. This doctor showed very little concern for any of my needs. He didn't test me for Flu, COVID, Strep throat. NOTHING! He listened to the top of one of my lungs and said "you sound fine." He was in the room maybe 15 seconds, prescribed me some antibiotics, steroids, and cough syrup and tried to run out of the room. I had to catch him really quick to ask him to prescribe me an inhaler, cuz I didn't have one at home anymore. Terrible experience! I do not wish to see this doctor in the future.

It’s was a short wait before being seen. Office was clean and staff was friendly.

Dr reisner was awesome I am not able to take any medications that affect me from the neck up and he is one of very few doctors who has respected that request and actually prescribed me medicine that I can take. He also called a few days after our appointment and checked on us which is amazing. I have never had any doctor call to check on me whether it be a nurse or the doctor himself and I really appreciated that. If I was able to I would request for him to be my primary care physician and I will probably always come back to that urgent Care location in order to make sure that I see him for any future needs

Had an appointment for 10'30 am was seen early that was a plus for me that staff was great and the doctor was kind and helpful looking forward to seeing them again.thanks

Dr Frederick saw me promptly when I went to urgent care sent me to Terrebonne general emergency room! I appreciated his promptness with my medical issue !
