He completes uncomfortable, unnecessary procedures and gives no results, no treatment, no answer. Does not know anything. Harms the patient and takes the visit money and sends you out of office. Disrespects the patient and does not listen to the patient at all.

He is a kind passionate and experienced doctor . he takes his time with you and actually listens to what you are telling him. I highly recommend Dr. Rutkovsky.

He simply could not answer any question. He didn’t have any manner. He couldn’t communicate well. He wasn’t a help. Just waste of time and money. If anything, he caused harm than doing anything at all.

This doctor is fantastic! After two months my numbers are great and each visit is tremendous in education and charting the right course of treatment!

Dr. Rutkovsky is personable, takes time to explain things, and seems to know what he's talking about when discussing drugs. He's also very low key. My only concern is that he doesn't seem to know much of anything about nutrition. Since he's dealing with the colon, one would think he would have some knowledge and place some importance on it. I've decided that he's the medicine man and I will do my own nutritional research. Otherwise, he's attentive and very pleasant.
