Very happy with the Doc & staff.

Dr. F. Torio and his staff are always courteous and professional. Dr. F. Torio always takes the time to review my lab work, ask how things are going and answers all of my many questions. I am comfortable in speaking with him and can tell that I'm not just a number.

Excellent visit with Dr Toro

I still think I have a bad sinus infection but dr said inflammation and put me on nose steroid spray and referred me to ENT. I did state I feel I have obstruction in nose. Nose was blocked by deviated septum. Dr was thorough, kind and very good at answering all of my questions and concerns.

I am very happy with the care that I receive at Baystate primary care in Westfield.

Today my husband and I waited 1+1/2 hours to see Dr. Torio. In the waiting room we were discussing how we never had to wait in our previous doctors office more than 5 minutes, unfortunately he retired. Although we were not happy to wait and the office should not book so close, he was well worth the wait. He talks to you, listens attentively, is very patient and explains tests he's ordering and why and explains everything very clearly, never rushes you if you have questions. He washes his hands before he examines you. We are very happy with him and will continue to have him as our PCP. After the office visit it was clear why we waited because he is so thorough but everyone's time is valuable and it does need to be fixed. I also think the wait would have been better if the office staff made us aware that he was behind and given an update on the length of waiting time. I would have given Dr. Torio 5 stars if I didn't have to wait so long.
