If I could give negative stars I would. I've had multiple visits. To say he has no bedside manner is a huge understatement. He doesn't listen, answer questions or ask them when he should. I have multiple conditions and he doesn't even know which ones he's treating me for or which meds he's prescribed for what.

Staff was excellent. Doctor was not caring or helpful. Asked very few questions and did not really listen to answers. Spent majority of time with patient speaking into his dictation tool and navigating computer screens.

I'm new to Dr. Turpin but he saved me a lot of suffering by catching that wrong med made others though I had Parkinson's but didn't.

I have seen numerous neurologists over the years and Dr. Turpin is the only one I have liked. I have been going to him for several years. His staff is wonderful.

I am a 57 year old male, and I have seen a lot of doctors,he is truly in my top two. I went t o the VA for 5 years and they could not help me, DR Turpin helped me in a major way in one visit, he just does not sit and talk he hears and observes

I'm giving 2 stars because of the follow up from the office staff. Went to see Dr. Turpin for possible TIA. He prescribed MRI & MRA to be done. It's been nearly 2 weeks, and the office has not contacted my insurance for preauthorization of these tests. It is also very difficult to get through to the office by phone. Messages have been left - call back time is very poor.

Dr. Turpin is a good doctor. My rating of one star is because of his staff. He takes time to explain things, does any testing needed, and prescribes the medication you need. However his staff is the worst I've ever seen. They almost never answer the phone and don't hold your breath waiting for them to get back to you. Even if you're in pain they don't seem to care. I believe it's one staff member in particular, and I'm not sure Dr. Turpin even knows how bad it is. I like him as a doctor, I've got to go. I can't suffer anymore because of an incompetent staff member.

The doctor did not prescribed any medication for my unbearable migraines. t took several weeks to be seen by him. The office people never answer the phone. Don't waste your time/money.
