FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!! This man is the rudest and most condescending "doctor" my family has ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. My family went to him to provide care for an elderly relative. More than once, he has screamed at family members, and treated both them and our relative with rudeness and condescension. He even made thinly veiled threats against family members during his last visit; what kind of "doctor" does that?! Our relative After a reason visit, our relative declared that they don't like him either. The last thing we want to do is subject our relative to a doctor they don't like, and who is so abusive to the family. Needless to say, we'll be looking for another doctor ASAP.

I find Dr. Cogan to be thorough and matter of fact. In the several visits I have had over the last few years, he (and his terrific staff) have been professional and friendly. My yearly physicals and blood work are met with sit down, full explanations of every test. He certainly is not going to coddle you- if you’re an adult, but he IS going to tell you what you need to do to be healthy. He’s not going to sugar coat it. In my case, take my cholesterol medicine and vitamin D. I finally listened. Now-In both cases my numbers are great.

seems hes been run out of other states for his arrogant incompetent. Prone to fits of anger. Not a good diagnositician. He has ulterior motives, like feeling lik a big man when he denigrates patients in a waiting room full of your neighbors, Hes a total creep and has some strange Eugeics ideas that come out too often. Yeled at me in his waiting room , knew a few people there. The idea he would do this shows hes arrogant and a prima donna. Either stupid or greedy, he has no conscience and no compassion. Might yell at you. hes about as good as Hitlers personal Doctor Morrell but has the personality of a josef mengele type

Accompanied a family member to this doctor. Staff is unfriendly just above rude. Waited an hour and a half and the doctor physically spent 7 minutes in the room. He didn't have any medical records from the administration office that was supposed to forward them and tells my family member it's up to them to get the records and send them to doctors office. Previously tried to put my family member on thyroid medication without get testing done because my family member is over weight. Got tests done nothing wrong with the thyroid. Find a good doctor

Needed a physical for town job. He made me feel like I was not qualified. My medical records were never sent to him & he did not tell me. I had to follow up to get them sent. As of today, they are sitting on his desk until office hours Monday. I will mention to the town for them to get another doctor.

Spoke to him on the phone regarding a medical record I need, its my phi and he insisted on paying him. worst doctor, worst temper. everything. whoever says hes good, you must blind and death.

Don't see this doctor. My fiance went to him last year for a physical and doctor never called after to discuss results of blood work....so one wold assume that blood work came back normal. He goes back this year for another physical and the doctor gives him his bloodwork from laSt year and tells him his levels are through the roof and he needs meds. So he waited an entire year to tell him that. ..crazy....I wouldn't trust this doctor at all.

I have been cared for by Dr. Cogan for over 15 years. He has always given me the best care and advice. I am 55 years old and have never had a better doctor.
