Dr. Fredric Drummer, MD

If I could rate him zero stars I would. He has terrible bedside manner and is extremely unprofessional. Every time I went for an appointment he would complain about his morning surgery or take phone calls on his cell phone. One particular instance, he refused to see me without X-rays. I had called him 5 days prior to this appointment and asked if it was necessary to get the X-rays before. He said it wasn't necessary to have the X-rays for my appointment and that I could easily go after. When I showed up for my appointment, he had no recollection of our phone conversation and blamed me for not having the X-rays completed. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated at this point but wanted to see the progress of my fracture, so I got X-rays that morning. I called the imaging center a couple days later because I hadn't heard anything from this doctor's office. The imaging center informed me that they had faxed the X-ray report to the doctors office the same morning after I had them… done. On top of being unprofessional, I feel as though I had not received the best care. Their is a lack of communication from him concerning treatment and plan of care. I would never recommend him to friend or an enemy. Anyone who does see him, proceed with caution.
