I appreciated Dr Morgan and his attentiveness to my health issues. I found new solutions to problems I had for years. Unfortunately, Dr. Morgan's one and only staff is his wife, Marilyn. In my opinion, Marilyn is not only professionally inefficient, but she is an absolutely terrible individual. My almost two years with Dr Morgan were made totally difficult because of her. She made it impossible to get in touch with Dr Morgan when I had urgent matters....she never gave him my messages. Disability documents were never forwarded on time or at all. My medication prescription refills were never processed timely or accurately to the pharmacy. During my appointments, she knocked on the door every 5 minutes repeating that the next patient had arrived. And when she would leave....she would never close the door. Finally, Marilyn was rude, pretentious, and an absolute liar. She created so much havoc that she ultimately destroyed the doctor patient relationship that Dr Morgan and I… had established. I am now, unfortunately, having to find a new primary care physician. I will be reporting Marilyn's unprofessional behavior and Dr Morgan's inability to manage her to John Muir Patient Care Services department. I feel that Marilyn Morgan should not be allowed to work in any doctor's office.....her energy is not conducive to helping individuals with health challenges. Oh, I forgot to mention the time she intentionally did not order the Kenalog for my 90 day injection......according to Dr Morgan. Dr Morgan was so upset that he offered to drive to my home to give me the injection. Instead, he came in on Saturday.....just to give me the shot. I will miss , who was and is my favorite doctor of all times.

I've been very impressed by Dr. Morgan's care. He really listens, and there's no rushing in or out. He's very interested in the holistic health, not just treating symptoms. Best MD I've ever had.

This Doctor is God Sent....... I am 43 and since I was born into this world I have had Bad Hips on both sides...... I have dealt with pain and many doctors that all think in the box..... This doctor has a HUGH HEART and with his real care comes real solutions and he has changed my life for so much the better. His wife covers the administration part and is a Lovely human with just as big a HEART...... I love these guys and as long as they are in Practice I will come on a monthly basis to visit for my medical care. God bless them both and I hope this helps you in deciding to see this Great doctor.

He always asks a lot of questions and is thorough with examinations. He checks everything and goes over lab tests. Recommends tests and explains the rationale for them. Because of his recommendation, I went for colonoscopy even though I was below age 50 because of certain risk factors that he asked me about. Sure enough - found a polyp and got it removed. Also checked my Vitamin D level and explained why. Others don't even think to go there.

I have been seeing Dr. Morgan since 1997. He is an excellent doctor.

If you want to waste many hours if your time, go to this doctor. His reception staff are quick, but not particularly pleasant. Then be prepared for a long wait. When you eventually get to see Dr Morgan he will spend plenty of time with you, but it would be better if he cut the small talk and spent more time discussing the complaint. Although he says he takes a more natural approach to medicine, he is very happy to prescribe huge quantities of anti-anxiety meds, even those that are known to be addictive. That's how he keeps you coming back. Btw, allow lots if time for prescription refills, at least a week, and don't think of asking his receptionist ( his wife) for it to be ready earlier, she doesn't care.

I AGREE WITH THE FIRST REVIEW, EXCEPT THAT DR. MORGAN "DOES NOT SELL" THESE PRICEY SUPPLEMENTS. HE RECOMMENDS THEM FOR PATIENTS TO TAKE THEM ESPECIALLY THE VITAMIN D. THEY ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR THE SAME BRAND FOR A LOT LESS. THESE SUPPLEMENTS BELONG TO THE PLEASANTON FAMILY WELLNESS CENTER. FYI: DR. MORGAN NO LONGER REFERS HIS PATIENTS TO THIS OFFICE.
