Dr. Fredric Irwin Neumann I, DO

I went in for an eye infection and a sprained Achilles tendon. Dr. Neumann came in with 2 students and chose to make an example out of me for choosing not to take Lipitor. He fat shamed me, even though I have been losing weight. Told me to stay off my ankle and to exercise in the same sentence, begrudgingly and beligerantly wrote me a script for eye drops and an ankle brace, while simultaneously continuing the verbal dressing down. 24 hours later, I am still fuming. From now on, I will only make appointments with his wonderful PA. Her, I highly recommend.

Changed my meds, all I need for now is some physical therapy. Been with him since 2013 love Malisa the P.A., too.

Blood test after blood test, the results kept returning "normal." Knowing that a person in their 20s should not be feeling the way I did. I was very discouraged, praying for answers because apparently it was all in my head (that's how I seemed to be treated). Almost a year later the answer came.. It was determined by me going in again to confirm pregnancy. Dr. Malisa called me Saturday after coming in Wednesday to tell me "you are definitely pregnant, but have a depleted thyroid." I had no idea what that meant and she obviously didn't have the time to explain.. So after the very short phone call I had to Google it. I then received a call Monday from the pharmacy saying I had a prescription to pick up. The medicine she wanted me to take was never talked about either. So again, I proceeded to do some more research. In the middle of all this I miscarried that Monday. Since then I was looking for answers and doctors who are more natural in their approach and who would take the time to hear… how I felt and not put a bandaid over it. Long story short, I found one! I am so thankful for finding them! I am under GREAT care. They have my underactive thyroid under control. My vitamin deficiencies under control. Needless to say I received healing within a month and it is continuing under their special care. And once my body was healing on the inside, I got pregnant again! In conclusion, if you're looking for a doctor to see your body as a whole and not just feed you medicine like candy. Look elsewhere.

It took many years to find a GOOD Doctor, who really listens to what you are feeling inside your body. He makes the right diagnosis and prompt help is on the way! He is very easy to talk to, you don't feel embarrassed, or judged, and you know he will do all he can to help your condition. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Fred is very attentive and has a great demeanor for the job.

This doctor is extremely negligent and can't get out of the room fast enough especially if you are very sick and/or a highly complex case. Pushes the suboxone and every med imaginable for minute things, not even what brought you in to him in first place...then encourages you to buy from his pharmacy in front of building (which he owns/has ownership in). Pharmacy reps outnumber number of patients in waiting room. Call backs and requests for records are never followed through, front office in absolute shambles organization-wise. Other docs complain to me they can't get any info from office, formal records requests go unanswered. Phone calls to even his PA never answered. 3rd world care. If you aren't a mess when you go there you will be by the time DR NEUMANN gets through with you. He had to 'google' a med he put me on when a doc friend asked why I was taking benzos...Neumann didn't even KNOW it was benzo he put me on. He's supposedly a substance-abuse specialist in addition to his… Int Med role...?

staff and Dr have no compassion for their patients, long wait time, Dr and staff r more than uncompassionate, they r rude !!! Would never recommend to anyone.

I have looked for a good family physician for many years and now, as of 2 years ago, I have one. Dr. Neumann is friendly, caring and smart, an excellent combination of attributes. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so. I have also found that his office personnel possess these same traits.

-Long waits.-Missed diagnosis's.-Can't talk to a live person when calling into the office.-Delayed test results.-Less than pleasant staff.-No follow up.

Although there is usually a longer wait than I like, I feel confident in his abilities and comfortable in his presence. He has diagnosed a problem missed by others and, as a result, my health has improved immeasurably. Dr. Neumann has my respect and, more importantly, my thanks.
