Called to book an appointment and let me tell you the person who answered the phone was far from friendly and caring like they state they are. They should be embarrassed have such a rude staff representing they’re office.

My 5p year old daughter had a wart on her elbow. Dr. Rosenberg came in and didn’t say hello. He said, I am cutting the wart. He talked to my daughter and said, i am going to cut it. It’s going to hurt. Its going to bleed. It will be painful. And if you cry, I am still going to cut it! He said this to my daughter. He started the process, my daughter was crying. He was stern and said, STOP! And continue. My daughter was mortified. And you can imagine how I felt. He cut the wart and walked out. He handed me a bandaid, told me to put it in and come back in 2 weeks. This experience was horrible. Not just for me, but my 5 year daughter. If he is not happy being a Dr. or helping others, change your profession. Horrible bedside manners.

I got referred by my primary doctor. I have had basil cell in the past and with moving back to Long Beach area I needed to have a local dermatologist. Never mer Dr. ROSENBERGbut had one of his associates look me over and tell me to come back in 2 weeks after he prescribed me ACNE wash and antibiotics???? I am 64 years old. He said he couldn't distinguish my breakout from basil cell?,??? There was/is no breakout. Also I spent the ENTIRE MORNING THERE. Between waiting over an hour to see the doctor. Get that ridiculous check up and prescriptions I will never go back and have let my primary know too. Also the exam room was really dirty and unsanitary. Terrible terrible experience

I had a suspicious mole I was worried about. Dr. Rosenberg put me at ease immediately as he seemed to really care. He is so competent and knowledgeable. He explained what would happen and did a biopsy. The staff was super friendly. I'm so glad I found Dr. Rosenberg , and will make him my go to doctor for all my skin problems.

I went to get the services of this doctor, but had bad experience, the first visit he checked me well, and the other 3 he didn’t check me at all, he told me that my insurance would cover everything, but after I received like 8 bills, had to stop going

After the three minutes he looked at me he said we have to run some blood tests. Come back in two weeks mean while I will prescribe some meds for you but you will have to use our pharmacy. They will delivery it never got it. The worst he would not fill my back to work form. So this doctor might cost me my job.

These comments refer to Dr. Rosenberg doing the procedure. This is false. Dr. Rosenberg only has his name on the door. Mr. Sorenson PA (Physician Assistant) does the prceedures. The office staff is terrible, they just let the phone ring and when they do answer they put you off.

This does not reflect Dr Rosenberg but rather the horrible overbooked office, nasty staff attitude (especially the huy who answers the phone) and no space in the waiting room for wheelchairs

Never saw Dr. only PA, waited 1 hr in waiting room & 1 hour in treatment room. Very unsanitary and not thorough or professional. Dr. not even in office. Felt like a cattleyard.

I had skin problems for 15 years. I was seen for so many drs until a friend told me about Dr Fredric Rosenberg. He treated me for a couple of years and thanks to him I am ok now.
