Dr. Free Nicole Hess, DO

My interaction with Dr. Free Hess online was surprisingly unprofessional. I approached her posts with sourced information and genuine curiosity, and even offered to comment on her other content to provide an alternative perspective so readers could see balanced discussion. Instead of engaging with the actual points I raised, she relied on insults, dismissed my sources without addressing them, and ultimately blocked me. In my opinion, this shows a narrow-minded approach to dialogue (more focused on protecting her narrative than having an open scientific exchange). I’ve had respectful, productive conversations with many physicians, but this experience felt like someone shutting down discussion rather than fostering it. I would not recommend her as a doctor or an advisor.

Condescending, rude, spiteful. I don’t think anyone should go and visit this doctor. Like another review says, she likes to attack others on social media platforms for stating their own opinions. While it is great she likes to use social media, it makes me question her credibility as a “doctor”. I’m unsure how many busy doctors working in emergency medicine have the time to harass and complain about others on social media all the time.

She's condescending and rude. I have never met her, nor would I ever want to meet her. I saw some really disgusting comments from her attacking someone repeatedly about a child safety law. It's appalling she doesn't have anything better to do than to encourage change. She just wants to throw her "educated" opinions on others, and bully them. Disgusting, unhinged "pediatrician". Very unprofessional

Well, it seems this woman is a known online bully as I’m also here searching her and have come to find similar reviews that match my experience with this “doctor.” This woman was found in the comment section on TikTok harassing a woman and calling her names simply because the woman posted a political view that clearly differed from hers. I find it extremely unprofessional as a medical professional to conduct yourself in such a disturbing and unhinged manner. Especially if she’s promoting herself as a doctor publicly. To attack someone and be in a comment section name calling with your title and status is embarrassing to say the least. I pray someone turns this woman in to the bored. I know I will be after seeing her comments online.

Yikes! I was also bullied by this woman who found me on TikTok and repeatedly argued with me. She also claimed she was going to "send screenshots" of my public profile to enhance a law passed that prevents access to hearing aid batteries when they're exempt, and it prevents access to young kids who need them. She also isn't an audiologist, and sides with negligent parents on EVERY issue. It's shameful she is a doctor but likes to argue with people. Very disgusting to be bullied by her, but even more shocking to see I wasn't the only one. I'm also concerned she's using her title as a doctor "to share information" on social media, but can do this in her own office with people coming to her for medical advice? She must have too much free time on her hands to bully strangers on the internet. I honestly googled her name because she left tons of grammatical errors and I wondered about her credentials. Like, what kind of doctor doesn't understand proper English grammar? LOL But now, I'm… wondering if she was drunk or heavily intoxicated. Her employer should reel her in before she ends up being sued for improper use of her medical license. DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!!

This woman is crazy! She bullied me repeatedly on TIKTOK and judging by reviews, many others. She doesn’t understand different perspectives and clearly likes to argue. I would stay CLEAR from her. She’s clearly someone who likes to argue even when she can’t understand differing perspectives. Frightening to see she works with young kids.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible excuse for a doctor. Condescending and degrading

She’s is very unprofessional and disrespectful idk how she can work in a family friendly work place if she argues with children and acts like one

Avoid this doctor at all cost. I will be reporting her to the board for bullying and spreading misinformation. It's a shame that a bad seed like this can stain the profession as a whole.

Bullies everyone who don’t agree with her. She is not professional in her field she use her title of a doctor to be more credible but she is just a mom who thinks she is right. She call people names on tik tok and on social media. Run away from her.
