Dr. Freida Carole Grimes-Moore

After 6 months, my 2 years old still ask to go see doctor Moore. She was really fun and kind to my children. She certainly made the encounter exciting and enjoyable.

Horrible experience!!

I will never step foot back I to this office again. I was getting a root canal done by her I was asking normal questions like "how long will this procedure take", "what should I expect afterwards and for the next few days", she told me I didn't need a crown on my front tooth after I had the root canal so I asked "will this turn brown from now being a completely dead tooth" she told me "I ain't got time for all these silly questions"! Like what in the world?! I'm a concerned patient!! I want to know what is going on with my mouth! She also told me that have g your teeth worked on is like having work done to your car, she told me "if my car ain't running then I take it to the shop, they fix it and I don't ask any questions, just pay them" first of all I ask my mechanic why this happened, how much is it to fix, and is it a necessary fix. Same thing I would ask my dentist. This lady is a joke! She told me "your acting like a child with all these questions, you need to quit". I don't even… want to know how she treats children! I'm 21 and she was this rude and unprofessional with me, so what about children she works on?! She told me that I needed to bring my 2 year old in to see her, I just laughed at her. No way that I would take my little girl to see this woman. The only nice part about her office is that the waiting room is kid friendly with toys, bright colors and pictures, and a tv, but that is the ONLY thing! I would not recommend this "dentist" to anyone!

This dental visit was a nightmare for me. The staff was as helpful as they could be, being that they were all new and it was their first day which was a Thursday. I waited for over an hour to see the dentist. During my wait I along with other patients could hear the dentist engaged in a personal conversation with another patient. When she was finally done with that patient she not only walked the patient back to the lobby but she went outside with the patient and was hugging him. When she returned she went into the are with the employees and began to scold them (the new employees). She was very cold and unprofessional. During the time I waited and conversed with other patients they stated that every time they came in there were new people. They also stated the only reason they returned is because their insurance had already paid. I decided since I had waited this long that I would not walk out. I deeply regret this. I went in for a cleaning where Dr. Moore told me that I had… 3 cavities. I have always had a perfect dental record and I am regular with my 6month check ups. I knew inside that this could not be true. The reason I chose Dr. Moore was that she was convenient and my regular dentist relocated to another state. I explained to her that I had never had a cavity or any problems and asked if I could see them using the dental mirrors. This lady got irate with me and told me that she was the dentist and I knew nothing. I stated to her that I needed to end the visit. Upon me getting my things I could over hear her talking harsh about me to the staff and referring to me as carrying on like a TNcare welfare baby moma. I could not believe that a so called professional with a doctorate would behave this way! A few weeks later I consulted with another dentist and he confirmed what I already knew and that is I have no cavities. Dr. Freida Grimes-Moore is an liar and a fraud. That office needs to be shut down!!! It was very obvious to me that what ever is going on in that office is all at the hands of this very unprofessional dentist.
