Dr. Fridoun Pishdad

On occasion, I've heard of crooked doctors, but Dr. Pishdad has raised the bar on this front. He saw my 80+ yr old mother for just over a year, during which he managed to rack up close to $3,000 in bills on unnecessary procedures. Suspecting this, I had his procedures and invoices reviewed by two reputable dentists (who did not know him) and both highlighted to me multiple cases of trumped up procedures and outright Malpractice. One example: He did a filling on a tooth and then proceeded to do a root canal on the same tooth a month later. Unfortunately, I'm not a litigation-happy person. Anyone else would have litigated and reported him to the Dental Association. What upset me most about this "doctor" is that, at the time, my 80+ yr old mother was extremely frail and had multiple & severe health related issues that Pishdad was well aware of. But that didn't stop him from pulling her in for multiple unnecessary procedures to make a few more bucks (apart from being a crook, the… man has no sense of sympathy or humanity in him). To top it all off he was "supposedly" a family friend...I could only imagine what he does to strangers. I'm doing you a huge favor by warning you. Stay away...far away...from this office.
