Dr. Frieda Elizabeth Lewis, MD

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lewis and her staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Lewis took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, and her bedside manner was excellent. The nurse was also caring and attentive. I felt well cared for throughout my visit and highly recommend Dr. Lewis and her team.

Dr. Lewis is personable, respectable, and makes you feel extremely comfortable when performing the exam. She spent the time answering my questions that I had about the possibility of going on estrogen. She gave me guidance around that and didn't pressure me into deciding right then and there.

Dr. Lewis and everyone at Lifeline Medical is knowledgeable and professional. I always feel like I am getting the best care and would highly recommend them.

I like Dr. Lewis-I don't feel rushed once she's in the room but the wait for that to happen can be way too long. I always make the first appointment in the morning to avoid a wait but still wait at least a half hour before she walks in the room. I get there are emergency's etc. but since it happens every time that's obviously not always the issue. Being that I have to leave work to go, my time is important to me and limited.

During my first pregnancy i used this office they were fully aware of my extreme nausea and vomiting and not gaining weight and they did not diagnose me with hypermensis gravitum or put me on the proper medication, I didn’t gain weight until I was 6 months pregnant! A few weeks into my second pregnancy now I have been diagnosed with it and on the proper medication and gaining a healthy weight for my baby. On proper medication that should of been given during my first. Let it also be noticed on the day my induction I was scheduled for, that I showed up bright and early and my doctor didn’t come until about 10 o’clock at night. The nurses then asked me if I could hold off on pushing because the doctor wasn’t there yet and I was diagnosed with nerve damage 6 months pp from doing so. My doctor Really had me lay in the bed for about eight hours with no food or anything twiddling my thumbs which also made it extremely hard to push out my baby taking an hour and almost having to get an… emergency C-section. The priority was somewhere else for Dr. Lewis that day and I firmly believe that if you’re going to handle pregnancies that you should be fully invested in being there every step of the way when it’s your job and making sure that the Birth goes as smoothly as possible. This was not the case for me. First pregnancy mistake.

My experience with Dr. Lewis was nothing but misery. I miscarried at 18 weeks and she was nothing but uncaring throughout the whole thing. She was suppose to be in by 730p.m and did not show up until 930p.m. Dr. Lewis made me feel like I was an inconvenience on her yet I was losing baby and she could care less. It was routine for her. Dr. Lewis was the covering doctor, I have since changed doctors. Her bedside manner is horrific having no compassion for what was happening. Dr. Lewis was basically telling you what was happening as if she was reading it from chapter 3 in her text book. Had no idea what it was like to lose this baby girl that I longed for for so long. I hope nobody goes through what I went through with this doctor.
