Dr. Fu Keung Wong, DDS

Unfortunately, had a lot of problems with the crowns Dr Fu Wong quickly placed on my teeth. I went initially for a new crown that wore out after many years, and a filling but ended up with 3 crowns. I think I got suckered. All 3 crowns don't look like they fit, were a very different color than my natural teeth, and fell off soon...just over 3 years and the 3rd one fell off today, hence I'm upset enough to warn others. My only crown from a prior dentist lasted many years. I was taking good care of the crowns. I recall Dr. Wong pushing down hard when placing the crown, which I thought odd, and mentioned there was a big gap. Other dentists told me to go back and have Dr. Wong fix for free. He's a joke in the dental world, I am sorry to say. I'm afraid to go back to him. Likely he'd suggest root canal before I open my mouth. I don't think think this dentist is an honest or skilled dentist.

Had a lot of issues with a crown replacement he attempted. It looks like Dr. Wong stuck a chiclet on my tooth. It looks bad. It feels bad. It hurts. I went back a couple times due to pain after months but he told me it was fine. Went to a new dental clinic and the dental assistant looked at it and asked me where I got the crown and said "because I want to make sure I don't do there" and then the dentist came in, took a look, shook their head and recommended I go back and have Dr. Wong fix it. HECK NO! I'm not going back ever.

Poor workmanship and ethics. Wanted to do root canal after placement of a ill-fitted crown and got mad when I said I'd rather go to endodontist instead. Went to two endodontists and both commented was the worse crown they've ever seen in their many years of working. One recommended I should ask for mreimbursement after getting a crown from a different dentist. Neither recommended the root canal Dr. Wong insisted he do.

My co-worker went here and all I hear about is how bad this dentist is. He really did a number on her teeth. I wouldn't bring my chicken here.

Went in for a cleaning. Refill. Broken tooth. Needed rrown. Then root canal. Seemed motivation was to make more $$$.

Lost a tooth after getting two ill-fitted crowns. I think this dentist rushes and is sloppy.

Please do not go here! The secretaries are snarky, condescending, and extremely unprofessional! Went from being told no problems to suddenly having 10 cavities and repeatedly accused of drinking sugar 24/7. He does not listen. For example, I had to have a crown replaced after only 2 years, then I ended up having so much pain that I couldn’t sleep for two weeks. When I finally got back in I was rushed through and told there is no reason for my pain. A few days later I called his emergency number and the voicemail was full and it hung up on me. I was able to get the referral and an immediate root canal two days later. When I went back in for my final crown he kept telling me how he didn’t understand why I needed a root canal. Hello, inflamed nerves??? Finally went to a new dentist and had even more cavities than he diagnosed and was told the crown was way too short, and bacteria will continue to get inside. When I called his office to tell them his secretary said “umm haven’t we already… replaced that crown for you 1 or 2 times?” I a very condescending and accusatory voice, and I never received a call back. In summary, he is dismissive, and inappropriately tells you about other patients stories during your appointments, and his secretaries are horrible!

New filing and part of tooth fell out as I left and I kept walking. The services were so rushed and obviously lacked due care.

Dr. Wong and his staff are amazing. I just had some major dental work done. Removal of 4 teeth, 3 crowns and a permanent dental bridge, not fun. Dr. Wong and his staff were very patient, gentle, knowledgeable and fun to visit with. He had a plan and worked the plan. He said to trust him and I did. I just had the permanent bridge installed today and am ecstatic with the results and canâ??t quit smiling. They all take their time and make sure things are correct, answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was a burden. I have had other dental work done before by other dentists and orthodontist and this is the best experience I have ever had. Donâ??t waste your time and money on other dentists, if you try Dr. Wong I promise you will enjoy going to the dentistâ?¦even for the most uncomfortable work you need.

Another dentist recommended I get my broken molar extracted. Dr. Wong referred me to an endodontist to get a root canal and a post in the root to use as an implant for a crown. So far, so good! I will be calling him to finish the job. Always good to save the tooth if you can!
