Dr. Fuad Ramadan is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery with added qualifications in General Vascular Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. He graduated from the American University of Beirut School of Medicine and performed his residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also received accredited fellowship training in Vascular Surgery and in Surgical Critical Care at the University of North Carolina …Hospitals as well. He served as Chief of Vascular Surgery at the University of South Alabama and remains on their clinical faculty as Associate Professor. Dr. Ramadan has published numerous peer reviewed articles and book chapters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of several national Vascular societies. He is a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Medical Director of the Vascular Laboratory and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Singing River Hospital.
