Dr. Richmond is not only a highly skilled immunologist, but one of a handful of immunologist in the world who have spend years researching and working towards finding the appropriate treatment of immunological compromised individuals. His compassion towards humanity is outstanding and it is a privilege to have seen my child grow up into adulthood, which he would not have in the not so distant past. Dr Richmond is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He helped to diagnose my condition accurately after struggles with other physicians and has, for many years, provided incredible care above and beyond what a patient might expect. I would strongly recommend him to any individuals suffering from a primary immune deficiency. His staff are fantastic and have been incredibly accommodating. He's a great guy, and embodies what the practice of medicine should be about - helping and healing.

He's been my and my children's allergist for 10 years, getting me through two very high risk pregnancies and several boughts of hives and asthma issues. I have severe allergies that trigger severe asthma, that are very well controlled now and have been for five years, thanks to his care, intelligence, and clinical experience. My two oldest children began with him when they were 4 & 5 for similiar issues. They have actually grown out of many of their allergy issues through his careful management of their health. He is currently working out of private practice in Hinsdale, and is not with Oakbrook Allergists anymore.
