Best M.D. I have ever had the experience of being treated by. And I've had many!

Doctor Chua is an intelligent Doctor. He knows his business. He is caring and makes you feel that you can trust him. He spends the time needed for each patient. He is not quick to prescribe medicine when there may be an alternate solution. My A1C was slightly elevated. He suggested an A1C diet instead of diabetis medicine. That worked for me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You can find them working on some Saturdays.He is my Doctor of choice.

This Doctor simply cares about my wife and I. He knows his trade.

My husband & I pay for expensive PPO medical insurance just so we can keep Dr Chua. Have been with him for 6 years. The office was very difficult to deal with and had wait times 2+ hours. The office has gotten much better since his wife and daughter started working there. Even when I had to wait 2 hours to see the doc it was well worth it. Dr Chua actually listens to you and makes sure you understand his findings. He will spend time getting to know you. He is not one who rushes thru or is out the door just as you want to ask questions (I've met alot of those). He is great for getting you; xrays, mri's,lab work,referrals to specialists, etc. If you need to find a GP you can't go wrong with Dr Chua. Check him out and you will see what I mean. He's the best.

Dr. Chua is the most caring, personable, and knowledgable in this county. He will spend the time with you, make sure you understand his directions and best of all takes his time with you when inventorying your needs. His office manager, however, is another matter. She is rude and abrasive; not at all above arguing with Doctor's patient-consumers. Worst of all, she is a liar. I've known her to deny receiving documentation and you will wait weeks if your records are ever requestedl. She's a pitbull guarding Dr. Chua; you will have to lodge complaints about her directly to the doctor.

Dr Chua is one of the best doctors I've ever had but his office is the worst run office i've ever seen. They never, ever return phone calls and can only get ansewers after calling many times. If the office would just keep-up with the work it would run much better. Dont ever expect to be seen on time. You're lucky if they are within an hour of your appt time. It's so bad that I'm not sure why they even give you a time. They should just tell you to come in anytime because the appt system is a farse.You should have a "back-up" doctor for when you cant get anyone to retun phone calls, which is most of the time.

Love Dr. Chua, but getting an appointment has been nearly impossible. The first few times I called I received an answering machine and left messages. After no reply I called numerous times, over a period of days, until I finally got a person... who quickly hung up on me trying to transfer me to someone else. Dr. Chua wants me to get some lab work done, but I have been unable to coordinate with that office for the past several weeks to get the lab forms.
