thinks he's God, abusive if you don't regard him as such

Dr. Ionescu first treated me in 2013 and was efficient, kind, and easy to get in touch with. I'm no longer his patient, but he made that diagnosis a little less scary and helped promote dietary options to reduce pain. There is a certain amount of compassion and tact necessary for diagnosing a 21 year old female with a chronic illness and he did so well and made the whole experience a little less frightening.

He's an expert and he knows it. Totally dismissed the info I gave him and made diagnosis without examining me. Said it may be in my mind after performing tests. His good reviews were a long time ago because not all his patients get the same courtesy and attention.

Canceled my appointments twice and caused my surgery to be delayed for one month. Never use his service.

Dr. Gabe was trained by world reknowned drs at St Lukes-Roosevelt. He has great concern for the patient and spends alot of time explaining things. He performs all of my procedures such as Colonoscopy, Oncospopy [sic] ; and coordinates care w/ my primary & other specialists. He does hospital visits, and has checked up on me when an in-patient even if not assigned to. One of the reasons I don't move to Fla. is because of the excellent care.
