Very, very satisfied with my breast cancer surgery. Dr. Kaufman explained everything in detail and was very compassionate. I am extremely happy with my results and appearance.

I have never written a negative review about anyone however this is necessary. This doctor 100% botched my surgery, maimed my body and it took a compentant surgeon two surgeries to correct his mistakes. His surgical blunders coupled with two corrective surgeries and recoveries cost me one year of my life. Please don't let this happen to you. be advised and beware and choose carefully.

No. Just no. I'm not sure if the other reviews are his staff or fixed. However I was referred to him and expected care and direction. What I received was apathy and no concern for general well- being. He told me because of my age, and that there was no genetic history that the likelihood of me having anything cancerous was highly unlikely and a surgical biopsy was not needed. Since then numerous articles have come out stating the contrary esp in minority populations.. 3.5 mos later I was diagnosed and my oncologist (love her) ripped him apart. I keep thinking of what difference 3.5 mos would make, when it's cancer- it's a lot. The office staff is equally horrible, rude and abrasive. Not a welcoming environment at all.

Dr Kaufman was very thorough and focused in my care. He performed a lumpectomy/breast conserving surgery for breast cancer and the outcome has been excellent. I’m very pleased with the results. His staff were all very helpful and efficient setting up appointments and coordinating my tests and surgery. I highly recommend Dr Kaufman.

I went to Doctor Kaufman because he was highly recommended for oncologic breast surgery. This doctor has no compassion or bedside manner. He excels when speaking of his experience and credentials over and over again however has difficulties interacting with patients. I left my appointment with the intent of finding another surgeon. Not a doctor with much of a heart

From the first moment I stepped into his office I was extremely impressed. He had his assistant with him & she took notes on everything he said so I could concentrate on what he was saying. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor & was always available to talk to me if I needed him. My GP recommended him to me & I am so grateful she did. I can't thank him enough for the beautiful job he did during my surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful doctor to anyone.

It was a experience that could have been a disaster but Dr. Kaufman had put me at ease right from the beginning with his bed side manner and my awful experience turned into a calm understanding of what he was going to do and did it. I would recommend him to anyone !!
