He profits from the pain of others. The reason so many of his patients are still on Avonex and Copaxone (known to be not effective to treat MS) is that he gets huge financial incentives.

When I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago I was lost in a sea of neaurologist that knew just enought about MS to treatment me, but not enough to really understand. He would almost be able to take the words right out of my mouth before I could explain how I felt. You won't regret working with him.

Dr. Pardo, his PA David Dube and Nurse are absolutely wonderful. They are all so caring and thorough. His reseptionist can be rude, but please do not let this put you off. The medical staff is amazing. You will definitely be well cared for.

Also having problems getting Prescriptions filled or phone calls returned. I believe Dr. Pardo cares about his patients and ending this disease but he is severely understaffed.

Dr. Pardo is only interested in completing studies and finding a cure. Reaching him, his PA, or anyone that could answer questions betweens appointsments is almost impossible. They say to have the pharmacy fax a refill request, but they do not respond to the requests faxed.During an office visit he appears to be concerned, but he is too busy to follow up and doesn't care about quality of life.

My overall experience was better than great! He's more of a doctor than one could ever hope for!
