I LOVE Dr Perez he always takes very good care of my kids and makes me feel really good after we get out of the visit Best Dr I've had for my girls glad my friend told me to go here 3 yrs ago and counting

The nicest doctor that I have ever met.

I've been bringing my kids here for years but recently this office has been doing bad in the reception department. .. I make an appointment for a hurting child at a certain time and when I arrive they say someone erased the appointment so I have to wait an extra 1:30 untill the appointment time... I give this place 3 thumbs down for the reception area...

Dr.Gabriel Perez is awesome. I love the dr he is very friendly and talks to my children. They love him

The lady in the front who wears glasses Is very rude. She can't even look at you when she is talking to you and when you have a question, she talks over you as if she is annoyed. It also takes forever to make an appointment since no one answers the phone. Dr. Perez, on the other hand, is a great doctor.

Dr. Perez has been seeing my son since birth. My son recently had his 3yr check up and it was very disappointing to say the least. The clinic was filthy as was the exam room (unfortunately, an ongoing problem that has gotten worse)! My son had to use the restroom and there was NO soap! My son's appointment was at 4p and we walked out the door at 5:57p. The staff looks tired and overworked. I really think it's about time they stop accepting new patients. It's truly beginning to affect the quality of care they provide. Dr. Perez seemed distracted and did not provide me with my son's growth chart or ask any questions regarding my son's development. As a first time parent, I look forward to these check-ups and feel as though I was cheated out of an experience. Though my husband and i believe that Dr. Perez is a great doctor, the clinc itself has too many issues from cleanliness to how it is ran and operated. I truly hope some changes are made. We would hate to have to find a new… pediatrician.

The wait to be seen by the doctor was fairly long, but Dr.Perez definitely makes up for it. He was very attentive and made sure to address all of my concerns. Being a FTM i had plenty of questions, Dr.Perez made sure I was informed and knew my options. My Daughter absolutely loves him!

I got to my appt on time, but by the time I got to window, the staff said I was 7 min. late and would be skipped over until all the on time people were taken. They argued with me and three of them went against me. I was not willing to wait because there were too many sicks kids in the office and it was unfair that I had to wait anyways. Took my children to another dr. After this incident. Its a shame too because the dr perez was really cool. When I spoke to the office manager, she blamed him for the "no grace period" tardy rule.

HES GREAT!! REALLY CARES AND IS WILLING TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAVE TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY BABY.....HES VERY SWEET AND NICE.
