Dr. Gabriela Rodriguez is very compassionate and empathetic. She is easy to talk to and I felt heard. She spent the time to fully understand my symptoms, quickly provided a diagnosis and prescribed the most reasonable treatment. I highly recommend her.

She uses a holistic approach to care. The session was conversational in which I was able to express my concerns. When I left I felt like I was heard and the physician understood me as a person as well as my health.

Dr Rodriguez Caprio has the warmest bedside manner I’ve experienced of any provider. She really listened to me and educated me about my health. I truly felt comfortable speaking with her, and after the visit she personally called me with test results. I’m so happy to have found her and cant recommend her enough.

Very easy explanations, take time as necessary with the patient

I was her pt for 2 yrs. I was in search for Hep C treatment which is why I went there. I suggested that I wanted Ribaviran and Interferon for liver maintenance cause I have experience with this treatment. She stated that my suggestion was too toxic and suggested another course of treatment which would require that I change my HIV regimen. After back and forth, I went her way cause I didn't I had a chose. I met with a Alicea Stivala, Nurse Practitioner of her clinic who along w/Dr. Rodriguez played this back and forth game w/me. Stivala would suggest a course of treatment. Dr. Rodriguez would abject to her treatment. This went on for months. At one point, I couldn't tell who is treating me for Hep C. Finally I gave in, and let Dr. Rodriguez change my HIV Meds. Within 3 wks of doing this, I lost my ability to walk. I blamed Dr. Rodriguez who without my consent tested my urine and blood for drugs and had my kicked out her hospital. She along with Alicea Stivala are butchers. … And the hospital she works for which is Mt. Sinai Hosp on the UES covered it up. Mt. Sinai Hosp has a history of butchering patients. They are the subject of numerous lawsuits. Stay away unless you want your health worse
