Dr. Gabrielle V Williams

She was more interested in telling me what a great job she had performed rather than listen to the pain I was in when I was there and when I left the office. She was slow in returning my phone messages and was rude when I tried to explain the bleeding and puffiness surround the surgery site. I visited another dentist for 2nd opinion and my mouth was infected and was given antibiotics and pain medication, something Dr. Williams had said I did not need. I will continue seeing the new doctor and explained that I have chosen not to go back to her office. Looking back I realize just how rude she was to me. She needs a lesson in how to treat patients.

I found her to not understand my pain and cared more about that the site seemed to be healing than relieving me of pain and discomfort. I would NOT refer my friends to her! She was rude and uncaring and in my opinion unprofessional! Her office staff were kind and caring, but she was not warm and made me very uncomfortable! She does not like for a patient to ask questions or express concern; she goes on the defensive and actually questioned my confidence in her abilities. If I was on the fence before, I'm not now. I have absolutely zero confidence in her to be my dentist. It was a bad experience!

The secretary billed the incorrect insurance, and refused to rebill the correct one, because they stated "We don't double bill." I paid cash for a crown, and they still have it, and are still attempting to collect the money for the services that would have been paid in full by my benefits, but remains, due to improper billing, and their refusal to bill the appropriate insurance company. Not good business practices, in my opinion. Not client friendly, when it was their mistake. And, definintely should not fall on the customers shoulder for payment, when it was beyond my control.

Dr. Williams and her staff are top-notch! They are very professional, yet wonderfully personal. What I appreciate most about this practice is the way they work with kids. My daughter had to have 2 baby teeth pulled. I was worried about how she would do with the shots. At the doctor's advice, I did not tell her about it so that she wouldn't get herself all worked up. On appt day Dr. Williams and the dental hygenist handled it in such a way that she didn't even know she had gotten a shot. Twenty minutes later the procedure was done and my daughter was fine and not freaked out. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone!! You will not be disappointed.
