Dr. Gaea Schwaebe Moore, MD

I was diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy, a very serious complication with little information/research available as to how to treat it. Dr. Moore was extremely knowledgeable and very collaborative, respectful, and balanced in speaking with us and helping us make decisions about how to proceed through the hardest decisions we've ever had to make. One of the best health care providers I've ever had.

Dr. Moore cared for me last year at Stanford, during a pregnancy complication that I had, right after moving to US. She is the most caring passionate doctor that I ever had, she was there for me anytime I needed, she is knowledgeable, kind, attentive, personable and very empathic. A true loving doctor.

Excellent, caring perinatology specialist at Kaiser Oakland- I saw her throughout my high risk pregnancy and she was amazing!

She takes extra time to make sure you have all your questions answered. She remembers things that are going on in your personal life. Most importantly, she establishes trust and maintains it far beyond any expectations. A model physician.

Dr. Moore was fabulous! She modeled excellent communication with me as a patient. She used easdy to understand and descriptive metaphors to explain my medical conditions and her suggested procedures. She did an excellent job taking my patient history and debriefing with me after medical procedures that were attempted in the medical appointment in lieu of surgical procedures. Dr. Moore earned my trust and kept it. When I gave Dr. Moore feedback about my discomfort and serious concern about her Attending Dr./mentor who entered and exited the room twice during the course of Dr. Moore's procedure Dr. Moore gave me the warmest response and apology after listening empathically. Once Dr. Moore has more experience & becomes an attending in her own right, I would be glad to have her as my Dr. for women's health issues.
