Dr. Gaetano Perilli, MD

After serious consideration and weighing all sides, I must side on the negative. Stay away from this man. He cares only about $$$$. It is possibly a communication deficiency on his part, but when a life or amount of suffering is involved, does it really matter? What my family and my loved one who died is too painful to recap...... My best advice is to STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars I would. You take your or your loved ones fate into your own hands when you rely on this man. Find another doctor, you, your loved ones life or amount of suffering That COULD HAVE BEEN AVIODED OR AT BEST MINIMIZED If PROPERLY MANAGED AND COMMUNICATED BY HIM depends on it. When the s@it hits the fan, you need someone else. Maybe good for the common cold or an earache, but when the diagnosis is serious, life threatening, painful or terminal go to someone else. He is NOT equipped to deal with, manage or comminicate vital information.

What I am about to say is not pleasant at all about this Dr. My mom was hospitalized with shingles and returned home with bed sore. He began making visits and shrugged off that she had a bad sore. It got so bad she became septic. There was even a nurse visiting and could tell that something was wrong. She was taken to ER and admitted to the ICU. When a Dr. there asked why wasn't she taken earlier. So my writing this is to inform fellow patients to beware of this individual. Who does not have your health at heart but your money (insurance). I rate 1 STAR just to submit my feeling not review.

Not helpful at all. Doesn't know what he's talking about. Extremely messy, constantly losing things and making mistakes. By far the worst doctor I've ever seen. Called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy so I had to shop around the neighborhood until I found the right one. Just called to see If I could get a simple prescription. He had me wait 40 minutes just to tell me I should see someone else and he couldn't help me.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and greedy doctor. All he cares about is $$$$. Old, smelly office, he does not have a nurse on staff, so he tried to draw blood himself. And he is not capable of doing that, so after several attempts he still sends you to the lab to draw blood. He tried to charge me for the visit I never made and kept trying to collect the maney. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Perilli is an excellent physician who is genuinely interested in his patients. He has a wonderful bedside manner which is a rarity in today's world of medicine. He makes you feel at ease in the most critical situations, and he avails himself to his patients. His staff at the front desk are kind and helpful.

It's hard to actually find a good doctor that cares, Dr. Perilli is a rare find.
