I completed this for the Staff. I have nothing negative to say about the Doctor i hear he is wonderful. I never thought i would be doing one of these surveys but when you are in pain and treated badly i guess things change.The girl who answered the phone the first time i called was nasty and she sounded extremely unprofessional.Then when i called back hysterical and in excrutiating pain a nicer receptionist was helpful but more concerned with if i went to work that day. i guess she was implying if i was in so much pain i should have called earlier. If they were closed for the day that is all they have to say. Yes i was working in agony. i had to your fees are expensive and i dont have insurance. so luckily i found a nice dentist who took me right away 5pm and he charged me half than what i would have paid. if you make an appt here brace yourself for the staff. and if you know this doctor let him know there are plenty of nice people looking for jobs. i have worked for doctors for 15… years and i would NEVER treat anyone the way they do ESSPECIALLY when they are in so much pain.
