Dr. Gagandeep Thind graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University Bakersfield and then went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, where she graduated as Salutatorian. Throughout her training Dr. Thind had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various optometric settings, including private clinics, naval base clinics, as well as VA medical centers.Post completing her degree, she decided to return to her roots in Bakersfield and serve the local community.
