My wife recently visited Thrivemedical and had a generally positive experience, although she did mention that the exam rooms lacked privacy—you could clearly hear everything happening in the rooms next to hers. Based on her visit, I decided to schedule an appointment for myself. I had a 2:00 PM appointment and arrived early. Check-in was smooth, and I was taken back fairly quickly. However, that’s where things started to go downhill. After taking my vitals, I was moved to another exam room and left waiting. I sat there with no updates until 2:40 PM, at which point I got up to ask if someone was coming to see me. Only then was I informed that the doctor was running about 40 minutes behind schedule. Unfortunately, that kind of delay without any prior notice or communication just doesn’t work for me, and I had to leave. I was issued a refund and offered the option to reschedule, which I respectfully declined.
