Caring and compassionate doctor and staff!!! Clean office, and same day appts!!

WOW, where to start!!! I am a parent of 5, who has left CMA to take my kids to her new practice, and her new office has blown me away!!! She has WONDERFUL staff, from the front desk, all the way to her nurses, she also has a new website, and email, and she gets back to you in a timely manner!!! The new office, is very fresh and inviting, from a huge fish tank, to new books for kids, TVS with cartoons for your kids to watch when not feeling well, right down to TVS in the exam rooms!!! She even has a new mom room set up for new moms and babies!!!!! Again, I could go on and on about her and the new office!!!! As a Mom of 5 having a good caring doctor and one who GETS what its like to be in an office with a sick kid, Dr. Dolan Gets IT, and it really shows!!!

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Dolan. My daughter is almost 15 yrs old and Dr. Dolan has seen her since she was almost 10. Dr. Dolan is a very caring Dr. and is very attentive to all children but has a special affinity for children with complicated medical issues. Dr. Dolan once attended to my daughter in the hospital on an emergency all night during a severe seizure. My daughter was in critical condition and Dr. Dolan worked on her and brought her through one of the worst seizures she ever had. She has attended to my daughter with pneumonia, strep, ear infections, blocked bowel, low weight due to surgery, etc. She has advocated for her on special educational issues, specialist consults among just a few mentioned here. If you are seeking the BEST Pediatrician who actually cares then you have found the right doctor for your child. She is the best!!!

Horrible doctor

I just want to say our whole family loves her!!! I understand she only works 4 days a week, and don't mind waiting to see her, an I know she has a family to!!! We also like how she has late nights!!! Can't wait for her new practice to open that we heard about!!!

It would be nice if you didnt have to wait forever and if the doctor worked all 5 days of the week. They are not there on weekends but should at least be there mon-fri. Now I have to take my 3 month old to see a doctor I dont know because she is not working on Fridays.

I have read some of the other reviews....while her office staff is not the best, i do understand that this is a CMA problem, and there is not a whole lot Dr.Dolan herself can do (and i suggest the people that are un-happy with the office staff, speak up and let the office manager know about it, If you dont speak up nothing will ever get done and or put a note in her suggestion box) but aside from the office staff, Dr.Dolan and her nurses are WONDERFUL, I could NOT ask for a better Dr. for all 5 of my kids!!! She treats each of them as her own, she has been through some of the rough spots some of my kids have gone through as 3 of my 5 have been adopted through foster care. My kids even ask to ONLY see her now when they are sick!!! She has gone ABOVE and beyond for our special needs 5 year old, and has even gone out of her way to look into special things to help her better at school. I could not ask for a better Dr. for my 5 children, i am just super thankful that we found her!!! She… really does go above and beyond!!!!!

Dr Dolan has seen my children their whole lives and has always provided excellent care for them. She takes as much time as necessary to diagnose our problems. I would highly recommend her!

Excellent doctor, was attentive to both my needs as a parent, and my son's needs. The office staff could be more polite, and getting an appointment was hard, but she was the best doctor I've seen. Hopefully the staff issues improve some. Her "bedside" manner was excellent, it is clear she has children of her own, and wants to treat her patients children with same care.

The wait time is ridiculous, the front desk staff are rude, and everybody is rushed. I like Dr. Dolan, but I feel that she is too rushed to spend enough time with each patient. I am contemplating finding another doctor.
