Dr. Gail Ellen Jones, MD

Gail is the most rude and unprofessional physician I've ever met. She has a nasty condescending attitude and is extremely disrespectful to patients and staff. I urge you to never waste your time interacting with such a repulsive individual. I filed and official complaint with the hospital she's employed under.

Really loved her as a doctor. She spent time with you, was very down to earth, was very professional, yet made you feel like an old friend. Miss her! I have yet to go to another doctor since her departure. Wish she would come back.

I like Dr. Jones for several reasons. She's very down to earth. She seems very up-to-date. She has a cautious, wait-and-see approach to treatment (when applicable). She doesn't prescribe medications at the drop of a hat, but will when the situation warrants it. She follows up with a personal call with test results. Her nurse is very nice. Overall, this is a very professionally run office. No issues, whatsoever.
