More like Zero stars for this place. One of the most absolutely worse ob/gyn offices. Steer clear from Gail Mallard Warren, this ish needs to do everyone a favor and retire NOW. The worse bedside manners any doctor delivering babies can have. My water broke early Friday morning (2am) and her stank attitude seemed as if it was a big inconvenience for her to be there on a Friday and Saturday. Baby finally come out Saturday 6:38am. She never showed up Sunday to discharge me, the nurse stated Gail goes to church on Sunday’s and won’t be in until probably 7pm. I discharged myself. She charted incorrectly at the hospital said I had preeclampsia and delivered a baby girl via c-section. I delivered vaginally and delivered a baby boy with no complications. The front office staff isn’t very approachable and lazy AF. Only two nice Hispanic medical assistants in the back office. And be prepared to have different nurse practitioners, I had three different ones, they don’t stay there very long. When… you call the office your call is directed to a call center in Bakersfield or Reedley and the call center takes like 20-30minutes for anyone to answer your call, there’s no way to get in touch with the office directly. Listen to all the negative reviews, run as fast away from anything GAIL MALLARD WARREN, nothing high quality about her services….Good luck you’ve been warned. Try Wade Dickenson or Camilla Marquez offices I heard good things about them.

DR. Gail M. is very bad at what she does you never see her at any apts. and when she does arrive its in a hurry also rushing to get to other patients after taking forever to arrive upon apt.you can only get delivered by her at 3 hospitals Saint Agnes medical center ,Clovis Community or Kaiser she has made 20+ babies pass away and some how gets away with it including a set of twins i have a handfull of moms & parents that can vouch for that she needs to step down and let someone else do the job for her i strongly DO NOT!! RECOMMEND HER!

Really mean and rude doctor!!

To make a long story short she cut my cervix during a biopsy and then tried to give me tubilization papers I was to young so my parents didn't agree later on because my cervix was incompetent I lost one son and my only daughter, then she tried to blame me and sent me a certified letter I he mail not return i will forever live with this and the thought that the day she screwed me forever I saved her life from another patient that she screwed and he's raising two children on his own because his wife died, after my daughter death I ended up in the ICU and almost died.. She is a terrible person and she be in jail for the things I've heard and known about her.. She is a evil person

Waited in exam room for two hours without anyone checking on me. Left without seeing the doctor. I will never return!

Terrible terrible doctor money hungry and rude woman .

Just spent an hour on a review and it didn't go through, so mad!!! She delivered are son in 1987 planned c- section, he was delivered 4to6 weeks early and had to have heart surgery with a 50 50 chance of surviving. He sent 21 day in the ICU.I asked 3 times for a ultrasound and the answer was always no. Long story short, we got no where when we tried to make charges. I thought for sure she would of has no license to practice by now, I was shocked. It is all about money with her with no regard to the patients. Our son is a fighter he still has a couple of issues, but a healthy guy, just turned 30 thank the lord!!! All she needed to do is give me an ultrasound and this would of never happened ??????All I can say is PLEASE don't go to her.

She answers all questions when asked. She makes me feel comfortable when talking to her.

Great experience. Lots of care and love towards every client.
