Dr. Gale S Fiarman, MD

EDIT: While she is very prepared, and a very pleasant person, she’s not the doctor for you if you have multiple or serious health issues. We had a good relationship until I got sick and then she requested I find a new doctor.

After 15 years of having Crohn's, I'm due for a colonoscopy again at 35 years old. Ms. Fiarman did a great job with that, but didn't code the exam as preventative and I was expected to pay over $600 more than I ever had for previous exams. After repeated requests to take another look at the coding, I never got a response from her and she sent my requests off to her office and billing staff who we just as unhelpful as she was. In a follow up office visit, she was 30-40 minutes late. I had to come out of the exam room to find someone to get her. She then expects me to go back for yearly colonoscopies that will probably cost me another $1k each exam, and a CT scan that I imagine would be even more out of my pocket. This all after I was cleared of any serious issues in my last exam. I'm sure there's plenty of other great GI doctors out there in the Boston area!

I have visited her few times for colonoscopy. She is the best doctor as I noticed.

Dr Fiarman is the nicest person I have ever met. She listens carefully and explains everything with details. Tries to comfort you and finds alternative exams/medications! Hard to find such a good doctor.

Have been a patient of Dr. Fiarman's for many years, both for colonoscopy and endoscopy. I have always found her vey professional and extremely capable. I have complete confidence in her and would recommend her highly.
