Excellent Dr. Levin deserves much credit for even accepting insurance plans and not requesting out of pocket expenditures, unless she doesn't take the insurance plan. That's very clear to all so why act as if your surprised? These former reviewers expect free medical care? You live in the United States, there's no such thing as free medical care. Sounds like transference and projection of internal issues rather than truth. She and her receptionist are respectful, understanding, and accommodating. I'm extremely critical and skeptical so this should mean something.

Called to make an appointment for my son. Could not make an appointment because he was over 18. Wanted him to call. He leaves for work before office is open and comes home after it is closed. Works in garage with a lot of people around. There is no place for privacy to make a phone call. Couldn't even give insurance information to see if he was even covered. Where is the "customer service" and simply, the human compassion? He is asking for help and you can't be bothered. Would not recommend practice!!!

MONEY HUNGRY DOCTORS WHO ONLY CARE IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR COPAY, PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT FOR A MISSED APPOINTMENT OR ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH COSTS FOR LETTERS, DOCUMENTS, OR FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT. SEES ABOUT 60-70 PATIENTS A DAY...HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO GET QUALITY CARE WHEN YOU ARE RUSHED IN AND RUSHED OUT?!?!?! S A V E Y O U R M O N E Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU DID!

Great caring doctor. Genuine . Kind compassionate.. only bad thing is staff. I.e. Receptionists. Rude. Abrupt. Billing is a nightmare. They are clueless.

I love her she is great. I just go to her for medication management and she gets me in and out quickly (longest part is waiting in the office). She is funny and really takes an interest to her patients.
