Terrible. You can't get through to anyone here that's a real human EXCEPT for the answering service. My wife was seen and referred for a diagnostic procedure. It's been over a month since that procedure, and nobody from this office has bothered to contact us about a course of treatment, but we HAVE been contacted for all billing and co-pay issues, so rest assured, they have that aspect of treatment and care locked down.

Seems nice but doesn’t really seem to listen to what you’re saying. Trying to get a response for a question is nearly impossible through a nurse. Seems from other reviews that this is par for the course. Guess I will no longer be a new patient.

I don’t go to the doctor unless I need to which isn’t very often. I have been seen by Dr. Seymour a couples time, he seems to be a nice guy but seems to not care about his patients. I had a physical done for my current employer by a doctor they provided, she seemed concerned about my thyroid and suggested I make an appointment for my regular doctor. But I have also gained nearly 20lbs in 4 months and no period in 1month. Along with many other symptoms. So I did. Given my family history of thyroid cancer and hypothyroidism you’d think he would run a general lab but no He just ran “lab” only on my THS levels and T4, and a sonogram. Guess what those came back normal. So I have called him 4 times to get answers of why more tests were assigned and/or the next step to find out what is going on. Left message after message for the nursing staff with no call back. I finally got ahold of a nurse and she could answer any questions and told me she would can me back the next morning. Guess what no… call back yet. Good luck!

I and my father have both seen him and it would seem that he does not read your chart or listen when you ask for you Rx to be name brand or for a 90 day supply, have had several times of getting this corrected for both of us, and that can take a few days or a week at times to get the simple correction made.Maybe he is just too busy, considering he is the only MD in the office with 2 nurse practioners and or a PA to oversee.
