Dr. Galina Ibragimova, MD

Doctor office doesn’t have a professional phone all calls go to husband who is rude and doesn’t understand medical field !!!!!!!!! Husband is not a doctor and tells people what to do. Doctor doesn’t want to talk to patient and says only to come to office for money. No appointments just walk in and wait long time and doctor never in time. No one knows what they are doing and office is old.

She is never able to diagnose a sickness. A lot of maybes and let's try... She panics a lot and scares me into thinking that my son has a virus which he did not... Besides, their lab work takes forever . I work in a lab, shouldntvtake that long to get a result back. my son was such a few times and their answering service is horrible. She never calls back and some male picks up the phone with the same two answers ( either go to ER or stop by the office tomorrow) he should not be handling calls. She can't be reached past her hours. Even though I live close to their office , I am never going back !! I would not even give a star

My kids and I have been with her for quite some time and we would have never expected this from her: when she was checking my child she looked in the chart and walked right out of the room without saying anything and began examining another patient. When I had asked her why she left she said "we are waiting for the blood test to come in".... after waiting for some time I hear yelling at her staff in front of patients at the office. very rude. not very professional.

We've been with Dr. Ibragimova for over 7 years, ever since my first child was born. She is an amazing doctor, very gentle and caring. Always does a thorough examination, resistant to antibiotics and prescribes only when really needed, unlike many doctors out there. We've moved to NJ and as hectic as it is for us to drive all the way to Brooklyn to have her see my kids when they're sick, we still do that b/c she's worth it. Thank you Dr. Galina!

Dr. Ibragimova always makes my children smile. I know everytime I need her, she is there for me. She is knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

Mrs. Galina Ibragimova has been a doctor for my children for 6 years already. even though the office located little bit far from my home i would never consider to switch a doctor. she is highly professional, very well-mannered and caring for the children. and i know my kids health is in good hands. the office management is also very dedicated.
