Zero stars! Does not listen to your concerns or anything you say. Told me I have diabetes when I don't (just because I'm overweight). Said I had "folliculitis " when I had Scabies! When she started to walk out of the room, she Rolled Her Eyes At Me. I confronted her and she denied it when I saw it very clearly. She's an Absolute Narcissist who seems to take pleasure in upsetting patients. Please call ahead to ensure She's not working when you go to Norton Immediate Care on 10th Street in Jeffersonville. Worst experience in my entire life and I've had traumatic medical incidents. Avoid at all costs!!

I cut my finger with glass. I went to the Norton Immediate Healthcare Clinic on Herr Lane. I received prompt,courteous, and very professional treatment. The nurse was very kind and very helpful. Dr. Galina Vaynerman sutured my wound with great skill and care. I greatly commend the staff and Dr. Vaynerman. I am very fortunate to have been cared for by them. Many thanks and appreciation.

Went to Norton ICC/Jeffersonville on a Sunday evening. In the past, Dr. Campisano has been a wonderful doctor, knowledgable and friendly. Unfortunately, Vaynerman does not come across as quite so knowing or caring. She does not interact with the patient. When she entered the examining room, she introduced herself then crossed to the far side of the room, sat down at a computer, and - facing the computer screen the entire time - proceeded to ask questions, echo answers, and type... again, she never checked my condition personally/physically, but only talked about what medicines I had taken in the past. NEVER did she examine me. Other than ordering an X-ray of the injured shoulder, she seemed to express no interest in her patient whatsoever. Lastly, when she mentioned "giving me two days off work", I pointed out that I had already taken a week off work with the injury and was not willing/nor needing two more days off but would require a notice of light duty work for a few days. And… what did she do? With no further discussion with me, she "gave me" two days off from work and a week of light duty! This woman may have made it through medical school, but she skipped all classes on patient care! If, in the future, I need to seek medical care from this facility, I will ensure Vaynerman is NOT on duty. If so, I will turn around and head for the nearest ER. This woman gives medical practitioners a bad name!

I saw her at Urgent Care for back to back panic attacks. I had previously been diagnosed with anxiety so i knew what was going on. This Dr didn’t listen to me and my complaints at all she only wanted to focus on the shortness of breath & increased heart rate that happened DURING my panic attack. All my vitals at the visit were normal. Still she wanted to do EKG & urine test. By the end she wanted to send me to ER for thyroid & blood clot tests. I work in the medical field & felt like she was just racking up charges because she can. Left feeling more anxious than when i went in. If i could give her zeros i would.

Dr. Vaynerman had seen me several times as I visited the Norton Intermediate Care in Lyndon about a re-occurring bladder infection. After writing a prescription for my UTI, she suggested that I try drinking cranberry juice to help address the problem. Not the off-the-shelf stuff, but juice made from fresh cranberries. I took her advice and began making my own juice in a blender and drinking a glass twice a day. This was some six months ago. Have not had an infection since then. Thanks, Dr. Vaynerman.

Dr. Vaynerman went above and beyond. She cared to take down my history involving a bad car accident and the trauma that I have been through in the last couple of years. She referred me to the appropriate place so that I can get well. I was absolutely floored at how I was treated by her, better than any treatment I ever received at the Norton Immediate Care Center in the Westport Village. I am grateful that she took the time with me. It's how a doctor should be. She listened. I have the utmost respect for her and I am so glad that she is there.

I had severe abdominal pain and I visited this office. After Dr.'s preliminary examination and X-Ray, she urged to send me to the hospital and she sounded like it was a very serious that I must visit the ER. She thought I might have twisted intestines. I was transferred to the ER, spent 8 hours there for CT scan, blood and urine tests, and a looooooot of wait time. The exam results came out without any problem with my stomach or in the abdominal area. I went home and took some Chinese medicine on my own and I was free of pain the next day. There was simply a lot of air in my stomach. Her lack of expertise and unnecessary referral to the ER cost me $7,000 and a total of about 10 hours. I will certainly not recommend to see this doctor as she is, in my opinion, lack of experience and expertise.

Dr. Vaynerman is direct and to the point kind of doctor. She doesn't sugar coat the situation, but tells you exactly what you need to do to get back on your feet. I highly recommend Dr. Vaynerman when you need quality Urgent Care.

My family and I have been seeing this doctor for more than 10yrs. I refer everyone I care about to her for medical care. She is the most thorough, investigative, and caring doctor I've ever met.

Very bad doctor. Schedules unnecessary procedures. Probably could never build a practice on her own. That is why she works nights at an immediate care center. She single handedly turned our whole family away from Norton Healthcare
