Dr. Galo Alonso Rodarte, MD

Dr. Tardy Rodarte Very disappointed in the service. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30AM and Dr. Rodarte walked in to the room at 11:47AM. Staff said I was the first appointment for the day and that the doctor usually gets to his practice after 10:00 (mind you he doesn’t see patients in hospitals- his staff informed me of this). The doctor CLEARLY does not respect working peoples’ time. Had the office staff made me aware of his practicing tardiness, I would have scheduled the appointment for the afternoon. I let him know his tardiness was unacceptable and left because I had to go to work. I will definitely not be returning. Look at other reviews and you will see his lateness is an actual issue.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTORS OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS AND ONLY DR RODARTE WITH ALL HIS STAFF PROVIDES THE BEST CARE AND GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICES. IF THE WAITING IS LONG LIKE OTHERS COMPLAIN IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT EVERYBODY IN THAT OFFICE DEDICATES TIME TO YOU.

I would put is zero if that was possible! You wait forever in his office, his RN is impolite and sent me for an MRI that cost me $500 out of pocket when I didn’t need one, my orthopedist told me. I can’t seem to get his staff to do the simplest little thing like call in a prescription because they’re always “too busy.“ Don’t waste your time with Dr. Galo RODARTE. They don’t care if you’re in pain and suffer for days on end.

I saw Dr. Rodarte today and like always received the best care possible , but I felt on him a tone of concern and since I know him well I asked him, what was going on? He answered to me that He loves what he does and his level of practice but he was considering to stop going to hospitals really soon due to Burocratic requirements applied to him like being obligated to dictate reports on recent admissions whithin a short time frame, now he is getting nailed by hospitals for not keeping up with this. Can you imagine?? loosing great physicians like him at hospitals due to this or even worse letting other doctors who do not know anything about you taking care of your medical conditions. I work at a medical office and I know what I'm talking about, we need to do something to stop this. I had my aunt admitted to Sierra Hospital last year and since her doctor also quit going to hospitals she was seen by a hospitalist doctor who provided the worst care ever and he even made several life… threatening mistakes giving me just unprofessional answers. I asked Dr. Rodarte's permission to post this review hoping that many people will read it and learn from it. Please go and make an appointment with Dr. Rodarte to have the best healthcare experience of your life.

I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTORS WITHIN THE LAST 10 YEARS AND DR RODARTE WITH HIS STAFF MAKE THE BEST IN TOWN. HE IS BOARD CERTIFIED AND VERY FEW DOCTORS MANTAIN THIS CERTIFICATION. HE SEES HIS PATIENTS AT SIERRA AND PROVIDENCE HOSPITALS AND EVENTHOUGH THE SERVICE AT THESE HOSPITALS IS VERY POOR HE REALLY MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE AND GIVES YOU THE BEST MEDICAL CARE POSSIBLE ON TOP OF BAD QUALITY HOSPITALS.

The service is just horrible!

Even though his profile says he is an endocrinologist, called to set up an appointment but guess what he is not.

This doctor scared my wife so bad telling her that she needed to be placed on high blood pressure medication because her blood pressure was elevated. Of course it was elevated, she had a migraine for two weeks and the medication he had prescribed for her prior was not working. He told her that she was on the verge of a heart attack. She went to a cardiologist and he questioned why the doctor Rodarte even sent my wife to him. The cardiologist told her that she didn't have any heart trouble and wasn't on the verge of a heart attack. On top of this, his staff is ALWAYS rude, whether in person or on the phone. They have ZERO customer service skills. If you want a fear mongering doctor who over prescribes drugs, and like to get mistreated by a rude staff, then this doctor is for you.
