My office visit was pleasant I was treated with with professionalism and courtesy and Dr. Balu made me feel at home and I would recommend this office to anyone who has pain management or spine problems or needs therapy. Don’t believe the 1 star reviews. Everyone was nice to me from moment I came into the door And I wouldn’t hesitate go back again

I have been with Dr. Balu for the last 15 years and my experience is excellent with him. He is personable and takes the time to tell you exactly what is going on and does not treat you like a chart.

Doctor is okay. Love the convenience of having PT in the office. The biggest negative is the massage therapist texting and answering her phone when she’s supposed to be giving a massage. So unprofessional! Put the phone away!

I had four injections in my foot an ankle didn't work an I had four lower back injections and I'm still in so much pain DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR PAIN GET A SECOND APPENEN!!

Horrible place. Gave the staff 1 month to get my records. While waiting for records they sent me to physical therapy. I was in pain the whole time. Dr. Belu and staff push the physical therapy even if it's painful. Came back finally one month later and still no records. They called for them while I was waiting to see the Dr. The records never came. So I saw the Dr two times, got charged two times for absolutely NOTHING. Then the doctor breezes in and suggests expensive treatment that no insurance company pays for. Then they said come back next week for injections. During that waiting week continue physical therapy. Inhuman treatment for people in real pain. Don't go there. They milk you for money and don't care you're in pain.

Drove 45 mins. to be told since I am on pain maintenence, I just moved here from another state and am looking for a new dr,., i'm thinking things would be simple. I know what works. he was late in seeing me, my records were faxed I brought my cd's of my injured body part and he didn't read the report or look at the discs. he told me since I am on mild painkillers he doesn't have the time to see me once a month to monitor me. I also utilize other methods that help and use a pill as a last resort. he could care less wasn't interested nor did he even ask me what happened. I have tried everything in the past and wil not use too powerful pain pills. He then just walked out. Didn't say goodbye or sorry I can't help you etc. I called later and told them to shred all my documents since I am not there patient they do not need my past history. please make sure if you go to a place and they get copies of everything or anything and they decide not to accept you to have them shred… everything. if you are not the dr. patient then they don't have a right to your records. This person who calls himself a dr. was arrogant and a horrible human being.

This dr is the worst ever! Asked for appointment, he needed previous med records, they were faxed to him, he lost them, faxed them again, he said wait one month for appointment, waited on month, then he said he was on vacation for one month, then after another month he said he was no longer taking new patients, I said but I already have an appointment, then he said he would no longer take my insurance

Only thing Dr. Balu is concerned about is whether he is gonna get his money. That is the first question he asked me when visiting his office.
