Pharmacists knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in the welfare of their clients. They are always respectful and have positive attitudes. They speak with doctor's offices and insurance companies to ensure continuity of medication therapy. I trust this pharmacy.

I've gotten poor service here enough times in a row now that I'm finally moving to another pharmacy. Techs and pharmacists (the younger pharmacist in particular) are dismissive and unempathetic, and willfully unhelpful. This is a great Kroger otherwise; it's a shame their pharmacy is so poorly managed.

Very poor service from this pharmacy. I wrote a prescription for a patient and they sent my patient away without bothering to call me because the date was not filled out. They told my patient I needed to fill in the date and initial. Silly, but OK. I did just that and they still refused to fill the prescription. Why? I used a different color ink. Go around the corner to CVS. Much more professional and quicker to boot!
