Dr. Garet Clayton Comer, MD

Before even introducing himself, Dr. Comer immediately chastised me for apparently self- diagnosing, which I absolutely did not do, and even if I had, I’m not a doctor. What difference would that have made? This made me instantly feel like my health was under any degree of care or concern. And I was right! The doctor then told me about his upcoming vacation and that I would have to wait longer for a return visit. He still wrote one month on the card I brought to the assistant, so when I tried to explain to her that I couldn’t meet in exactly one month, she told me she had no record of the doctor taking any time off and she had to abide by what was in the note. Lo and behold, two weeks later I get a call telling me that I had scheduled my appointment in the middle of his vacation. Yeah, I tried to explain that. This all cost me $400 and the only medical advice I received was to “go check out some YouTube videos,” thanks Mr. WebMD They replied to my Google review with a phone number… because that's the only way to get any attention these days. I called the number and after ten minutes of phone tree I was asked to leave a voice mail and that they might be back to me in a week or so. Just for wasting my time, yet again, I have adjusted my score to a single star. If this doctor or facility truly cared for their patients they would actually listen to them instead of just doing damage control on Google. Pathetic.

Had surgery on my wrist from a shattered bones. Dr. Comer was able to explain everything from detail in the best way possible. He is a very nice person and did a great job on my wrist.

Garet cared for my child with compassion and as a family we were vry greatful to have him as our child surgent.
