An Ohio Native, Dr. Taoka grew up in the Toledo area. He attended Bowdoin College where he received his undergraduate degree in 1975. He also attended The School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University where he received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1979.
Prior to establishing his Lincoln dental practice, Dr. Taoka had worked in Vermont, New York, and other parts of New Hampshire. He has completed thousands of hours of continuing education. He is dedicated to dentistry and has the latest in state-of-the-art equipment. He combines his exceptional education, extensive clinical experience, and his dedication to dentistry to improve his patients oral health.
Dr. Taoka has over 30 years of experience with dentistry and has extensive training in Cerec Technology. This technology allows him to send a patient home with a crown in one visit. Over 15,000,000 Cerec restorations have been placed …worldwide and Dr. Taoka has successfully completed approximately 1,500 of them.
When Dr. Taoka is not practicing general dentistry, he spends most of his time with his family. Every summer he enjoys a brief break from the office and heads up to Alaska where he fishes non-stop for about a week straight. Don't forget to ask him about his newest hobby... Dirt Biking!
