I recently received care from Dr Poole during a dental surgery. Although I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews I felt it was important to share that Dr Poole not only made me feel comfortable during the preop interactions but he alleviated my anxiety on the day of the surgery. He even went the extra step to check in on me via telephone after the surgery. I am grateful to have had him on my case.

Dr Poole was very responsive, attentive and professional. He did a wonderful job during my father’s surgery and his post surgery recovery was as easy as it could possibly be. Very highly recommended!

Dr. Poole called me before surgery to get all the technical details about me so he would be well prepared. He spent time with me the morning of the surgery to make sure I knew and understood what was to happen and make sure I was at ease comfortable. He was there when I came out of surgery to reassure me all went well and called a few days later to check on me. I find him kind and caring and would recommend him highly.

Dr. Poole recently provided his anesthesiology services for a 5-hour dental surgery I recently had. He was professional and thorough in reviewing my past medical history prior to surgery and took the time to call me a few days later to check on my recovery. Dr. Poole recently provided care for my 9-year-old daughter who required a 2 hours dental procedure. He was very professional and thorough in reviewing my daughter’s past medical history including any allergies a day prior to the procedure. When I mentioned that my daughter has a fear of needles, Dr. Poole immediately explained that there are different options for premedication that could help ease my daughter anxiety prior to the infusion. Ultimately, the procedure went well, and Dr. Poole was very caring from the beginning to the end. Also, he is very accessible and easy to communicate with.
