Dr. Garrison Frenklin Christian, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Christian's for over 6 yrs. He has seen me through some tough times. During serious illness he has even called me at home after business hours. He takes plenty of time with his patients.My only complaint is its there is always a wait. Mostly do to the length of time he spends with his patients. He starts very early and those appointments usually don't have a wait.

Did not know that I’d been in the hospital and a rehabilitation center over month,knew nothing of sleep apnea test he ordered. And had to wait over an hour to see him. Sign says if you have been waiting a half hour tell receptionist.To top it off he was not happy that I told him about the wait.Other times it has been 2 1/2 hours.The office staff does not get back to you.I know the hospital called his office for my records.

Dr Christian has been my primary dr for almost 2 years now. He listens to your issues and has immediate suggestions. He does not sugar coat things. He’s very straight forward and overall is an excellent dr. His nurses deserve a lot of credit also.. they are excellent as well. They are quick and friendly and will always return your phone call promptly.. Let’s take it one step further and talk about the lab.. very minimal waiting for lab and xrays. Results Are very quick as well.. most within 48 hours I’m my experience.. Overall the clinic and Dr. Christian would get more than a 5 star review if it was possible.

4 bad diagnosis for different problems. All specialists disagreed with him. Wants to make money for Gessler Clinic. Spend long time sitting around waiting for him. Seems to think he is cute. Look for honest reviews of him. Some sites rate him only perfect 5 stars. Nah!

My father sees Dr. Christian having found him at Spring Lake--he was by far the best doctor there. So we have switched to him for primary care. He's very on top of things, competent, and dependable. I know this seems like -of course-these are the minimums--but really Dr. Christian seems to be the exception to the rule. We feel fortunate to have found him.

Dr Christian is the best. He listens and actually provides feedback. If he can't figure out what's going on with my health, he has no problem investigating to figure out instead of writing me off or sending me somewhere else. He's really laid back and easy to talk to. I was his last patient of the day once and he talked to me for about half an hour. I know he wanted to go home. He better not leave Gessler!

Dr. Christian is so nice. He actually listens to me when I have complaints or concerns. He addresses them in a professional manner but will also make jokes with me. I have some crazy health issues and he seems determined to get them all solved and has no problems referring me to another colleague that can offer more help. I'm glad I finally found a doctor that seems to truly care about my health.

Was treated by Dr. Christian at Convenient Care in Ithaca. He was wonderful-very focused, warm and caring. I wish he wasn't all the way in Endicott because he made my regular doctor look so bad, I'm looking for a new one.

I saw Dr. Christian at Cayuga Convenient Care. I was charged $93 just to register and he saw me for about 5 minutes, I had strained my shoulder, he prescribed pain killers. After my insurance refused to pay his bill I found out that he was charging $473 for 5 minutes. The medical business (and that's all it is)in this country is a disgrace!!!!
