Dr. Garry Earl Siegel, MD

For almost 30 years I was under the care of Dr. Kenneth Healey. Very compassionate each and every time I saw him. He was also very professional and always had an understanding & patient ear an additionally never rushed me out for his own gain!

This is a doctor that listens and truly cares about his patients' well being.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Siegel, over half of my life in fact. I am nearing 50, in menopause, a mother of 2 beautiful children, and Dr. Siegel has cared for me through all stages of my life, early 20s, multiple necessary surgeries. 2 pregnancies a miscarriage and now menopause. I hope he will be the physician who cares for me into my old age. I have not been able to find a dr in my area of Atlanta as caring, kind, respectful and most of all brilliantly smart soni drive an hour plus (with no traffic) to see him. I am fortunate I found him. Kudos to Dr. Siegel!

I have been searching for a dr. Who takes time to listen to his patients and one who would take the time to have dialogue with his patient regarding their healthcare. Dr. Siegel took the time on his day off to call my home to check on me following a minor procedure. Seriously people, who really dies that these days. I am willing to wait for a physician who spends time with his patients unlike large impersonal practices where the drs have no idea who you are except for the cheat sheet notes in the computer. SO GLAD TO BE HIS PATIENT!

Dr. Siegel's office is very professional, courteous and skilled. I have never waited more than 15 minutes after arrival for appt and Dr. Siegel spends as much time with me as I need. Outstanding care, highly skilled people and excellent follow up is what you can expect from Dr. Siegel and his staff.

Dr Siegel has delivered both my children as well as helped me through a few medical problems. I have always found him to be caring and concerned about my well being and my wishes. He takes time to explain things to me, no matter how trivial it may seem. He knows me as well as my family and I have never felt rushed when talking to him. I've never found him to be arrogant - quite the opposite. I live close to his practice, but would gladly drive a long way to continue to see him. I've been his patient for 4 years and have no plans to see anyone else!! There have been long wait times at his office but these are usually due to an emergency or birth that came up or because he's spending so long talking to all of his appointments. I don't mind because the first can't be avoided and he spends a long time talking to me when I do get to see him. I've never felt hurried or rushed during any appointment.

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and have visited Dr. Siegel for two appointments. We waited the first time in his waiting room for an 1 1/2 hour and the second time for 45 minutes. The two appointments I had gave me the impression things were kinda chaotic and disorganized. After my second appointment I watched his staff come into his office and toss patient records in random spots all over the floor. He mentioned that I might not be able to deliver at the hospital I wanted so I figured I should just find a different doctor since I was still fairly early in my pregnancy and I had only seen him twice anyhow. I called a new office and it has been two weeks since I faxed paperwork over to Dr.Siegel's office to release my records. They claim I never sent the request so I had the new doc office try instead. The staff at the doc's office have called every day for a week to receive the paperwork and each day they are assured they will receive it and than don't. I now have to go to… the doctor's office in person and demand my records as Dr. Siegel's office is apparently not interested in complying with the HIPPA law. I just can't believe a doctor would put stress on a woman and her baby because he feels upset that they no longer want to go to them. I just wanted to make sure I went to the hospital near my home, I had no idea I would instead instigate such vindictiveness. Please look elsewhere for a doctor.

Staff not as friendly as they used to be. The wait time for my appt. was extremely long!!!!!! My time is just as important as his!!!!

First of all, nobody should wait an hour and a half for an appointment. I just wanted my yearly physical and refill on my birth control pills. I waited so long I had to miss lunch and the staff didnt even apologize. Dr. was so arrogant like he was so special I wouldnt mind. He wasnt, and I minded.

One and a half hours in the waiting room, two 25-minute waits in the exam room. And 10 minutes for the exam. Most doctors today have streamlined their waiting room time by letting their patients know in advance that the doctor is running late and allowing them to come in later. This can be done by phone or an internet site by which the patient can check in before leaving home, which is very respectful of a woman's time.
